Steelhead Float Fishing Trip

Join The Elevation Club & Covered Bridge Outfitters for a day of fly fishing for steelhead trout while floating in a raft on a tributary of Lake Erie. Steelhead are large, migratory rainbow trout and in many of the tributaries of Lake Erie these large fish make their way up stream in the fall, The "Fall Run". These steelhead present an incredible opportunity for fly fishing and anglers travel from all over the world to experience the hard fighting, acrobatic battles with these fish. This will be a full day outing with transportation, lunch, and all fishing gear included. We will leave Cleveland around 8:00am and spend the day float fishing with lunch served on the side of the river. We will return to the Artisan Building around 6:00pm. Whether you're picking up a fly rod for the first time or an accomplished angler this trip will be a very special experience full of fun, relaxation, beauty, and excitement. Fly fishing trips offer not only a memorable experience but a skill set that lasts a lifetime. *If you are a newer or a never ever angler signing up for this trip it is highly recommended to attend the Saturday afternoon casting clinic.
