Kayaking the Chicago River

About This Experience

Join the Elevation Club for our inaugural excursion at the Foundry as we Kayak the Chicago River with expert certified guides from Kayak Chicago. We will meet at 5:00pm and walk a short distance to Kayak Chicago and get a kayak orientation and safety briefing. In your choice of single or double kayaks we will take to the river for a sunset tour and check out the Chicago skyline from the water. Your guides will provide kayak instruction as well as local history while we pass the "Wild Mile" and paddle south towards the confluence and then back around Goose Island. We will have a fun post kayak hang scene at Kayak Chicago's outside picnic tables and firepits where we will provide dinner & beverages. This will be a great way to connect with your neighbors while reaping the benefits of being a member of the Elevation Club.
