Guided Fly Fishing for Steelhead Trout

Join The Elevation Club and Covered Bridge Outfitters for a day of guided fishing for Steelhead Trout. Fly fishing is an amazing way to fish and becomes a life long passion for many who try it, and these fish are amongst the largest and most exciting to catch. Steelhead are a large, migratory rainbow trout. Here in Northern Ohio, we are blessed to have many tributaries of Lake Erie which receive annual “runs” of steelhead trout. In the summer months the steelhead can be found deep in the lake and then in the fall around November they run up the rivers and creeks to spawn. These Steelhead present an incredible opportunity on the fly, and anglers travel from all over the world to experience the hard fighting, acrobatic battles with these amazing fish.
This excursion would include transportation, all fishing gear, experienced guides, lunch, snacks and drinks. We will be either walk and wading or float fishing by raft.
