An Exclusive Culinary Experience, Reimagined

The Elevation Club is honored to present a rare evening of culinary artistry, created exclusively for our residents in partnership with Season & Taste Cooking School and its founder, Chef Christina Murray.

Classically trained at the International Culinary Center in New York and holding a degree in food politics from The New School, Chef Murray has spent her career at the intersection of technique and purpose. Her credentials include a Culinary Health Education Certificate from Harvard Medical School, leadership roles with Sur La Table's recreational culinary program, and curriculum development for the State of Idaho's Department of Education, work that recently brought her to the national stage as keynote speaker for over 400 educators and administrators. She is also the owner of The French Whisk macaron boutique in downtown Boise. It is this rare blend of refined technique and genuine passion for teaching that she now brings to The Elevation Club at The Arthur.

This is not simply a dinner; it is an invitation into the kitchen itself.  Each course of this evening's tasting menu will be presented as a graceful series of bites, every one plated with the intention and artistry of a full dish in miniature. Working from a live mise en place station, Chef Murray will guide guests through the preparation and assembly of each creation, sharing the techniques and thinking behind every element. A curated recipe packet will accompany the evening, so the experience continues long after dessert, in your own kitchen.

The Elevation Club will work with Chef Murray on wine pairings for each course, crafted specifically to complement the menu and elevate every bite.
